Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Returns will only be accepted for orders that are damaged upon delivery.
  2. Damaged items must be reported within 1 day of receiving the order

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 1 day of delivery, providing details of the damage.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible.
  3. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return condition

  1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  2. All original accessories, tags, and labels must be intact.
  3. The item should not show signs of misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.

Refund and replacement

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on product availability and your preference.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible, subject to availability

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@falishinterior.com}

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address provided by us at the time of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
